The JLC will host four Zoom fitness sessions held on Wednesday evenings:
Each session will begin at 6:00 pm (Mountain time) and will last one hour. Click on the description for all of the details.
The 2nd Annual Junior League Exercise Fundraiser is January 12th, 19th, 26th, and February 2nd. It will be a Zoom class from 6pm to 7pm. Sessions will be appropriate for all fitness levels and will include a warmup, circuit exercises, and cool down. No equipment is needed. Options for each exercise will be given, so everyone may work out at the level appropriate for them.
The cost for all 4 classes is $40.
We are fortunate to have Vanessa Copiak leading the classes once again. She is the founder/owner of Intentional Training and is a Canfitpro certified Personal Trainer. Her passion for helping others is rooted in her own personal experiences as an elite athlete. Through the challenges and triumphs of sport, Vanessa was able to learn about applying balance to all aspects of life including training. She has firsthand knowledge of the ways in which purposeful program design can uniquely enhance quality of life and will be sharing her knowledge with class participants.

There are no expenses with this fundraiser – 100% of the donation will go directly to the Junior League.
